How to use
Set the mood first. Light a few candles. Pick your favorite relaxing music. Pour yourself a glass of your favorite drink. Dim your lights. Fill your tub with warm water, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of your salt under running water. Allow the salt crystals to dissolve. Once dissolved or close to, enter your bathtub, clear your mind, take a deep breath and let it all go.
