Due to COVID-19 and to consider and respect everyone's health, there are no refunds unless otherwise noted. (See Below)

Damages and Issues
Birdie's Baux inspects all items in the store before posting and selling . Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds (Will not honor refunds unless the following occurs and refunds are subject to approval)
- Damaged item(s) received
- Wrong item(s) received
- Defective item(s) received
Once returned item(s) are received, we will notify you and inspect your return. After inspection we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account. May need to contact your bank for timeline.
Returns are not accepted on sale/clearance items.
