How do I contact customer service?
Where's my order? Tracking says it's delivered but it's not here. Why?
  • In the event that this situation occurs, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE with your tracking information via USPS App, In Person, or Call. Birdie's Baux works hard to make sure every supporter gets their order and in great condition, however, we cannot control how packages are handled once orders have been shipped. We recommend double checking all shipping information to make sure YOU get your package. FOR ANY ORDERS LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. 
How long does shipping take?
  • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, processing times can become extended. Our current processing time is 1 to 7 business days. Actual shipping can take up to 2 to 7 days depending how quickly orders are scanned by USPS once taken to them.
How do I use my discount code?
  • While most discounts will be automated, other discount codes can simply be submitted on our checkout page. Look for " ENTER DISCOUNT CODE" on the checkout page.

What payments do you accept?

  • Visa, Master Card, Amex, Shop Pay, PayPal and Cash (POP UP SHOPS ONLY)
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT VENMO, CASHAPP, ZELLE, ELO, or Apple Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, or Amazon Pay

What about my allergies?

Some of the products are made with ingredients that are derived from nuts and/or plants. If you have a nut allergy or any type of allergies, it is HIGHLY recommended that you do not use the product(s). PLEASE READ INGREDIENT LISTS BEFORE PURCHASING.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are not currently offering international shipping.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Right now, we are using USPS. 

What safety protocols do you have in place (i.e. COVID)? 

All products are made in one location by one person, the owner. Safety protocols include hand hygiene practices, wearing proper personal protective equipment (gloves and masks) and all workstations and supplies are properly sanitized before use and after production. No products are made if the owner becomes ill.

You may NOT under any circumstance use Birdie's Baux website or social media content without approval and/or supplying credit to the owner, which is Birdie'sBaux. Supplying credit includes but is not limited to tagging us in your post without removing the tag and never altering our content as well. Please email info@birdiesbaux.com for approval.

  • If you are caught attempting any of the above, you will be issued a warning first then we will take any legal action needed if you do not comply with our policy.
