Birdie's Body Butter Policy

Due to certain weather and transit conditions, we cannot guarantee that your body butter will not arrive melted, but don't fret, here are some tips on what you can do if this happens or can try to avoid it.

1. When ordering, order during cooler seasons like fall, winter or spring.

2. If you can't wait that long for regular shipping, you can expedite shipping (costs more, but it's an option).

3. Make sure that you or someone that you trust is home and can bring in your order as soon as it is delivered.

4. Once you tracking number has been sent to you, it is highly recommended to check periodically for any updates.

5. You can place your butter in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up. (Note: this butter is whipped so when melted it is no longer aerated, but it is still usable.)
