Due to certain weather and transit conditions, we cannot guarantee that your body butter will arrive perfectly solid. Don’t worry — even if it arrives melted, it’s still usable! Here are some tips to help prevent melting and to restore your butter if needed:

    Whenever possible, place your orders in fall, winter, or spring to reduce the risk of melting during transit.

  2. Consider Expedited Shipping 🚀
    If you can’t wait for cooler weather, expedited shipping is available. It costs a bit more, but it can help ensure your butter arrives in prime condition.

  3. Be Ready for Delivery 🏡
    Make sure you, or someone you trust, is home to bring in your package as soon as it’s delivered.

    Once your tracking number is sent, we highly recommend checking periodically for updates to stay ahead of any delivery issues.

  5. Firm It Up 🧊
    If your body butter melts during shipping, place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to restore firmness. (Note: This butter is whipped, so it may lose some aeration, but it’s still perfectly usable!)
