Processing and Shipping

Orders are shipped MONDAY-FRIDAY.

We appreciate you allowing 1 to 7 business days with the possibility of extending processing time to process your orders. This will depend on the volume of orders received. Orders are packed in the order that they are received.

Due to the pandemic orders may be subjected to postal delays that unfortunately are out of our control. With this in mind, we ask that you allow 3 to 7 additional days for processing and shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Confirmation emails containing tracking information are sent out after orders have been FULFILLED.

Damaged/Lost Packages

Please be assured that every product is thoroughly inspected before anyone can access them on our website. Quality is always the number one priority. After items are sent out, Birdie's Baux is NOT responsible for damaged or lost packages during transit. Birdie's Baux also does not hold the responsibility of items delivered to an incorrect address. Taking your time to fill out the address form is highly recommended. In the event that you have entered an incorrect address, contact support@birdiesbaux.com IMMEDIATELY. If no contact has been made within 24 hours with the corrected address, the items will be sent to the address that we have on file. NO REFUNDS WILL BE HONORED

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Refunds are honored at the owner's discretion. Contact us IMMEDIATELY if you have received an incorrect or damaged order.
