📦 Shipping & Refund Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time:
Shipping is handled via USPS. Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on how quickly USPS scans and processes your order after drop-off. Please note that USPS delays are outside of our control, but we’re happy to help track your package if needed.

Refunds & Replacements:
We only offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstance:

  • Items arrive broken or damaged.
    If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@birdiesbaux.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging.

Once approved, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Note:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, scent preferences, or missed packages.
